Spear has released a new Study Club module designed to help doctors ask their patients, staff and team members better questions to ensure optimal treatment planning. 

In "Are We Asking the Right Questions?" Dr. Ricardo Mitrani guides members through several group exercises using the Question Formulation Technique for a real-life clinical case and educates them on the thought processes involved in asking questions. Doctors will increase their confidence when it comes to treatment planning and learn how to participate more effectively in key decisions when they learn how to ask better questions.

After completing this module, Study Club members will understand:

• How asking better questions leads to improved connections with patients, staff and interdisciplinary team members
• How to use the Question Formulation Technique to produce good questions
• The thought processes involved to produce better questions
