New Study Club Module: Edentulous Rehabilitation with Parafunctional Considerations
By Benjamin Rojek on January 24, 2016 | commentsSpear released a new comprehensive case Study Club module.
In “Les - Edentulous Rehabilitation with Parafunctional Considerations,” Dr. Doug Benting examines the clinical and patient-related factors that arise with patients on the edge of terminal dentition. Benting presents the treatment planning process for a soon-to-be edentulous patient and encourages Spear Study Clubs to consider the difficult conversations and decision-making that accompany a transitional case.
Through this module, Study Club members will:
- Learn to use EFSB and tracings to develop a treatment plan
- Understand restorative-surgical considerations with sleep apnea
- Discuss restorative considerations and contingency planning for upper and lower implant-related restorations
Study Club members who complete the module will be eligible for three continuing education credit hours.
