New from Dr. Frank Spear: The Spear Model Part III
By Denise Prichard on October 21, 2014 | 0 comments
Variety is the spice of life. That's how the old saying goes.
When a clinician presents only ONE option to a patient for treatment, they are really only giving that patient one of two choices: yes or no.
Dr. Frank Spear prefers to give patients at least two choices when it comes to treatment planning. It's important to communicate with the patient, educate them on ALL of their treatment options and allow them to weigh the pros and cons of each option – even if the clinician is aware of the most successful option.
In our new course, The Spear Model for Growing your Practice (Part III), Dr. Frank Spear will provide the practitioner with an overview and appreciation for growing a practice with intention for enjoyment. This course will identify the different values patients have for care to help create a plan to incorporate all of them into every practice by systematically clarifying expectations, resulting in clear conversations with every patient.
