Spear Releases New Pathway On Improving Online Reviews For the Dental Practice

This pathway supplements a study Spear conducted in an effort to understand determining factors behind hundreds of dental practice's Yelp and Google reviews. The goal of this study was to help dentists create healthier patient relationships and a stronger practice by increasing awareness of the determinants of patient satisfaction.
