1. From the Online Education page, select the Curriculum tab. For more information on navigating Online Education, see Online Education: Overview.
2. Select a curriculum from the page by clicking on the curriculum title or video thumbnail.
3. Each curriculum shows the number of months required to complete, specific options for team members, a description, and a list of the courses for the selected month.
4. To bookmark the curriculum, click the Bookmark Category icon on the upper right side of the page.
5. To assign the curriculum to a team member, select the “Assign to Team” icon on the upper right side of the page.
6. Your Spear Member Success Advisor may add actions to your curriculum which will display in the “Actions” area on the right side of the page.
7. The curriculum may have a deep dive where you can learn more about the subject. If available, it will be located under the “Deep Dives” area on the right side of the page.
