The 'untrained eye' may see below standard radiographs and the person may conclude that well, but then reach erroneous conclusion that radiographic quality is subjective anyway. In reality, nothing could be further from the truth.
There are several highly objective characteristics that all come together in a nice synergistic fashion to yield the ideal radiograph. In our new course, Excellence in Oral Radiography, Dr. Jeffrey Price will review in a proven, repeatable fashion how to obtain clinically excellent radiographs in an accurately reliable manner. This course consists of four lessons that cover the following topics:
Lesson 1: Criteria for achieving diagnostically acceptable images
Lesson 2: Characteristics of excellent periapical radiographs
Lesson 3: Characteristics of excellent bitewing radiographs
Lesson 4: Characteristics of excellent panoramic radiographs
