Welcome to a Brand New Spear

At a time when increasing numbers of online publications have begun placing their content behind a paywall, Spear has decided to offer even more to dentists at no cost.

The new Spear Digest Monthly is free to any doctor who becomes a member. The Spear Digest Daily articles (formerly Spear Review) have always been available for free on our website.

 

Beginning this week, doctors who have been enjoying those case studies, clinical and practice management articles, are invited to access even more content contributed exclusively by our resident faculty.

As part of the new online publication, Spear is excited to announce that we have converted our website to become completely responsive. The format will instantly adapt to your smartphone or tablet and allow greater access and interactive features, such as videos specifically made to accompany articles.

Spear is also happy to announce that we are opening up our community. Spear TALK, our discussion forum where you can ask your colleagues and our faculty for advice on your most challenging cases or practice management issues, is now open to dentists who become Basic members.

Doctors who already have access to Spear Digital Suite will find the new monthly publication available on their dashboard whenever they log in. Dentists who do not yet have access to Digital Suite simply have to become members of Spear. There's no charge for the Basic membership and signing up is easy.
