In Part 2 of our series on patient communication, we return to Dr. Mitrani’s practice to see how the buyer’s journey and patient communication tools employed in Part 1 can be applied to a comprehensive case. We also spend some time interviewing one of Dr. Mitrani’s patients to understand their perspective and needs in the case presentation process. Finally, we conclude the course with a hands-on demonstration of a technique you can apply chairside to help esthetic patients see your vision for improving their smile.
